| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study elucidated Steiner's theory of teacher education. It also elucidated the reality of Steiner education teacher training programs. We interviewed teachers at Steiner schools and teachers involved in Steiner education teacher training. We elucidated the philosophy and methods of what they are trying to convey to prospective teachers.
More than 20 teachers, from newcomers to veterans, were interviewed for the study. The study made effective use of online tools and was able to interview teachers at Steiner schools in Japan.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
シュタイナー教育の教員養成プログラムの内実を明らかにすることは、単にシュタイナー教育という特殊事例における教員養成の問題を扱うに留まるものではない。それは主体的・対話的で深い学びを主軸とした教育を担う教員はいかにして養成が可能なのかという問題へと直結するものである。本研究ではシュタイナー教育をひとつの事例として、今後の我が国における教員養成の在り方そのものを問うてゆくことを目指したが、その成果は拙著『シュタイナー学校の道徳教育』（イザラ書房、2021年）のうちに結実した。また、本研究の成果は拙著『教育芸術を担うシュタイナー学校の教師たち』（近刊）において発表する予定である。
