Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It was suggested that parents' evening-typed may increase to childcare stress by decreasing their sleep hygiene, and it was confirmed that both parents and children need to correct their evening-typed in order to reduce childcare stress. In addition, there was an association between poor mother's breakfast patterns and parent-child sleeping habits and lifestyle rhythms, indicating that parents' evening-typed is associated with breakfast habit problems, such as increased consumption of single items and irregular time of day. On the other hand, families with good breakfast habits had fewer childcare problems than those without good breakfast habits, suggesting that improving the regularity and content of breakfast may correct the evening-typed of parents and children and reduce the number of problems in childcare.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
