| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
First, it is more effective if students participating in international exchange programs learn about the countries they visit in advance and international relations. Second, students who participate in international exchange tend to work for global companies, and many of them are active there. Third, in international exchange projects, it is effective not only for universities to interact with each other, but also for exchanges between the same faculties and graduate schools. Finally, it became clear that international exchange programs are not one-year projects, but are carried out continuously, and that their effects are exerted when the projects are linked to the exchange program and the exchange activities of affiliated schools.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
高等教育におけるグローバル化推進のための国際交流活動において、そのプログラムにおいて事前学習の重要性が確認された。また継続性の重要性およびその波及効果が確認された。特に学部中心の交流であったが、付属学校の教員・児童生徒の参加まで広がりを持った。
教育交流を中心としたプログラムは教職大学院への波及効果が大きく、小学校・中学校の教育実践活動でのグローバル人材育成のための教育活動の質的向上の成果があった。リモートを活用したフォーラムを通じての成果の確認が、国際交流事業が大学内だけでなく、多くの参加者を通して行われたことが最も高い社会的意義である。
