Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、乳児の気質や愛着、家庭での養育が、幼児期の自己制御とどのように関連するのかを解明しようとするものである。発達初期(1歳時点)の気質(Effortful Control)、養育者との愛着、養育者の養育が、その後(3歳時点)の自己制御(認知制御と情動制御)、幼児期の社会的行動、仲間関係にどのように影響するかを、行動観察、実験的調査、生理学的測定を通して縦断的に検討することを目的とした。
令和5年度は、9月以降、共同研究者が育児休業から復帰し、またコロナ禍で行われていた大学の入構禁止も解け、学内に設置された母子保育施設(子育て支援センター)を通した研究協力の募集を行うことができるようになった。その結果、令和5年度後半以降に1歳児9名、縦断的測定の2回目3歳児3名、その他3歳児3名のデータ収集ができた。引き続きもう1年の期間延長を行い、データ収集にあたる。
令和5年度は本研究の前提となる幼児期から小学校入学以降の実行機能と学業との関連を縦断的に見た共同研究が「保育学研究」(令和5年12月)、「千葉大学教育学部紀要」(令和6年3月)に掲載された。また本研究の背景となる乳幼児期の幅広い発達を測定する「日本版Bayler-III」の標準化による検査の発刊(令和5年10月)をおこなった。

Reason

学内子育て支援センターの利用再開により、研究協力者を得ることができるようになった。また共同研究者の育休からの復帰により、実験も順調に進行させることができている。
引き続き研究を1年延長することにより、今までの遅れを少しでも回復する。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

研究を1年延長することにより、今までの遅れを少しでも回復する。
また令和5年度末より、1歳時点の測定はしていない3歳児データを取り始めた。3歳児縦断データの比較対象とする。
また乳幼児のデータとの比較をするために、大学生からのデータを若干収集し、乳幼児のデータと比較していく予定である。
