Outline of Final Research Achievements

The aim of the study was to explore blood biomarkers (microRNA) for Alzheimer's disease which is one of the most frequent dementia all over the world. Previous results imply that single blood microRNA cannot be efficient enough for screening the patients. We propose a statistical meta-analysis theory to evaluate multiple blood microRNAs simultaneously and have been applying the theory to real world examples (multi-source = totally >30,000 studies).

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
