During the study period, there was a shift in the outpatient patient demographic at our institution due to referrals to primary care physicians in the region, making patient recruitment extremely challenging, especially with ongoing COVID-19 infection control measures.

研究実施期間中に患者プールとしていた本院の外来患者の地域のかかりつけ医への転院紹介によって外来患者層が変わったこと、また、継続的なCOVID19感染対策などから患者リクルートが困難を極めた。
