Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We constructed a high-throughput screening system that can detect the expression of Fbw7β with high specificity and sensitivity, and selected compounds that can induce the expression of Fbw7β. The screened drugs possessed antiviral activity against several viruses. Our screened drugs may become a tool to combat emerging viral pandemics that may occur in the future.
