Outline of Final Research Achievements

We successfully made special low molecular weight heparin with some conjugation. The products were purified by molecular selective column.
A day after we applied the conjugates with FITC in P5 mice, it was delivered to the bone tissue specifically.

我々の開発した化合物とBMPやFGFと併用することにより、従来骨癒合の遷延がみられた部位(脊椎固定術における椎間移植骨など)の骨癒合を促進させることが期待される。これにより、患者の外固定装着期間を短縮させられる可能性があり、社会的に有益な研究である。
