Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) were observed CD39. That was showed those TILs attacked cancer cells. And TIL were also observed Foxp3. That means those TILs were exhausted after attacking cancer cells. CD44richALDHA1rich cancer cells were thought as cancer stem cells of heaad and neck cancer. When CD44richALDHA1rich cancer cells were rich in tumor, CD39richFoxp3rich TILs were poor in the maicro enviroment cancer tissue.
