Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this study was to evaluate knowledge or awareness regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) among parents with infants. The leaflet on child CPR was distributed to all residents with infants in 2 municipalities in Kyoto prefecture, then the questionnaire survey was conducted at medical check-up for 9-11 months of age. The association between knowledge or awareness of CPR and current occupation status of mothers was observed. On the other hand, there was no significantly difference of knowledge or awareness of CPR between mothers received the leaflet and those not received it.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
