Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed an education and training program based on active learning to develop the educational skills of mid-career nurses, and verified its effectiveness. We conducted a conceptual analysis of the educational ability of mid-career nurses, and based on the results, we created a scale for evaluating the educational ability of mid-career nurses (19 items, 4 factors). Using this scale, we developed an education and training program to develop the educational skills of mid-career nurses, and implemented it for mid-career nurses working at medical institutions. As a result, the effect on " Ability to take on challenges to solve problems " was observed, but the "Ability to lead others according to their individual traits " and " Ability to communicate with others with respect " declined after the training, suggesting that there is room for further consideration of the content and method of training.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
中堅看護師は、看護実践力や自己教育力を備え、専門職の役割モデルとして、後輩看護師や看護学生に影響を与えるキャリア形成が期待されているが、看護職の組織全体の教育を担う人材育成について十分に体系化されてない中、中堅看護師に求められる指導力に関わる教育力を評価する測定尺度の開発、そして教育力の強化を目指した教育プログラムを作成することができたことは意義があると言える。
