| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As an initiative to build a support model for promoting the professional practical skills and career maturation of certified nurses involved in cancer nursing, we elucidated the characteristics of specialized practical skills and related factors through basic research (quantitative research and qualitative research) on specialized practical abilities of certified nurses involved in cancer nursing at cancer treatment cooperation base hospitals nationwide. In addition, research on career maturation clarified the characteristics of career maturity and related factors.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
2019年に認定看護師の規程改正があり、特定行為研修を組み込んだ認定看護師教育の開始と認定看護分野の再編が行われた。地域へと看護現場が広がることが期待される移行期に、がん看護に関わる認定看護師の専門的実践能力の特徴を解明することは不可欠である。また、今後のがん看護分野における認定看護師の質の向上や認定看護師教育の基礎資料となり、更なる発展に寄与する。
