Outline of Annual Research Achievements

我々は、動的バランスにおいて、リアルタイムの連続的な聴覚刺激を用いた練習によって感覚バイオフィードバックのない条件においても学習効果が認められたが、一方、視覚刺激を用いた練習では学習効果が認められなかったことを報告した(Hasegawa et al., Gait & Posture, 2017)。
本研究の目的は,その成果を発展させて,次の3つだった.
①動的姿勢バランス能力において、断続的な視覚と聴覚バイオフィードバックの学習効果について比較検討する。②静的姿勢バランス能力において、前述した2つのバイオフィードバック練習の学習効果について比較検討する。主に随意運動を要する動的姿勢バランスに対して、静的姿勢バランスはフィードバック制御とフィードフォワード制御双方による自動的な姿勢制御メカニズムを必要とする。よって、動的姿勢バランスと同様の学習効果が得られるか疑問であるため明らかにする。③姿勢バランス能力の低下している高齢者および障害者を対象に、①②で得られた成果に基づいたバイオフィードバック練習の学習効果について検証する。
①においては,随意的に体重心をリズミックに前後運動させる動的バランスにおいて、断続的な練習においても連続的な練習と同様に,聴覚バイオフィードバックを用いた方が視覚バイオフィードバックを用いた方と比べて,時間的なパラメーターにおいて優れた学習効果が示され,その成果を報告した(Hasegawa et al., PLOS ONE, 2020).現在は,②の目的を検証するために実験中である.
