Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study was aimed to develop an instrumented prosthesis to measure joint reaction forces during total hip arthroplasty surgery. In this study, measurements of existing prostheses, design, manufacturing and measurements were scheduled. As results, we have developed measuring sensor that is ready to use. Moreover, a musculoskeletal computer model was developed to validate the measurements.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
