| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In Japan, medical or health care professional groups have worked as a pressure group in order to built or reform welfare state. However,all the medical professions are not included in a group, so that these groups have not worked effectively to input expertise. On the other hand, the channel to input newly discovered knowledge into policy process is fragile. It affected to modify policy which is based on the old medical knowledge. These findings will be published, especially in English journals, in a year.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
諸外国でも議論となる政策と専門的知識の関係についての成果について一定の貢献をすることができた。特に、政策に効果的に専門的知識が注入するケースだけでなく、専門的知識の更新が効果的に行われないケースについて検討を重ねる必要性を発見したことが、今後の研究の展開にとって重要であると考える。
社会的には、おりしもパンデミックの中にあり、ますます重要性が認識されている専門家の役割について、新しい知見を提供していくことが可能となっただけでなく、他国との比較の可能性も開いていくことができると考える。
