Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to determine the impact of work-life balance practices on employees' identity formation at work and in life. The study provides a theoretical framework for analyzing employees' identity formation as understood through managerial institutions under the influence of human resource management and work-life balance discourse. Based on this framework, Empirical research revealed that employees form their identities as human resources and people.

本研究の学術的意義は,ワーク・ライフ・バランス支援制度によって形成される従業員のアイデンティティの多様性を示すことで,既存の人材マネジメント研究における人間観に対する新たな知見を提示した点にある。また,社会的意義に関しては,仕事と生活のアイデンティティ間の葛藤とその折り合いのつけ方の具体例を示し,そうした葛藤を抱えた従業員に対する新たなマネジメントの可能性を提示した。
