Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The effectiveness of loyalty programs was examined using retailer purchase history data. The results showed that at the product level, point promotion days were more effective in increasing sales than discounting, especially for low-priced products. At the store level, point promotion days were more effective than price promotion days in increasing sales.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
