| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study developed a curriculum model for the human resource development of big data utilization engineers targeting practical engineers at manufacturing sites and deployed it in public vocational training. In particular, we developed a curriculum for vocational training instructors that enables them to acquire the elemental technologies necessary to respond to the 4th Industrial Revolution and conducted training for vocational training instructors. By developing a training curriculum for vocational training instructors, we made it possible to create human resources to guide public vocational training, which will play an essential role in recurrent education in the future.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
我が国の公共職業訓練では、第四次産業革命に伴う産業構造の転換期に対応した実践技術者の人材育成を行うカリキュラムモデルが構築されていない。そのため、第四次産業革命による産業構造等の将来変化を包括し技能・技術の変化に対応した生産性向上と新たな価値の創造に結び付ける職業訓練が必要である。本研究により職業訓練によるビッグデータ利活用技術者の人材育成が進むことで、我が国がグローバルに高付加価値なシステムを提供し続けられる産業として、ものづくり立国の再興の一助となる成果が期待できる。
