Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Plant mitochondria is an important organelle for plant growth and development. Mitochondria has own gene expression system and this is tightly regulated at post-transcriptional level. However, the mechanism of post-transcriptional regulation is still unknown. In this study, we identified new factors involved in organelle RNA regulation such as splicing and RNA stability.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
