Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Combination therapy of radioimmunotherapy (RIT) and antifibrotic agent for small cell lung cancer xenograft mice was performed in this study. The combination therapy group showed a higher therapeutic effect than RIT alone group. Immuno-imaging study for gastric cancer xenograft mice was performed. We developed two CDH17-targeted immuno-imaging agents. These agents showed high accumulation of CDH17-positive xenografts and visualized the tumors in vivo study. These results were reported as two original journal articles.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
