Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Analysis of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes revealed that TCRs that proliferated clonally were present in the tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. A specific TCR that responds to tumors cultured using the Cancer tissue-originated spheroid method could be found in the TCR.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
がん免疫療法の1つであるTCR-T細胞療法は、がん特異的TCR遺伝子を用いた遺伝子改変T細胞移入療法であるが、この療法では患者のがん細胞に特異的なTCR遺伝子が必要である。従来の方法では、TCR遺伝子の取得に多大な労力と時間を必要としていたが、今回の研究成果により簡便・迅速ながん特異的TCR遺伝子を取得することがで出来、治療効果の高い個別化TCR-T療法の臨床応用が可能となる可能性がある。
