Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I established the model of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury using Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. (1) Tracheal intubation technique to secure the airway during the procedure (2) Surgical technique such as laparotomy, superior mesenteric artery identification, Clump,(3) Stable survival up to 7 days after the procedure. It took time, but I succeeded in these procedures. However, it is difficult and time-consuming to establish the procedure for collecting and culturing mesenchymal stem cells. Now, the efficacy of mesenchymal stem cell administration has not been verified yet, and further stabilization of the procedure is needed.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
