Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2022年度を通じて、民間検査センターに御協力を頂き、セフトリアキソンのMICが0.5μg/mLを示す株のスクリーニングを実施した。セフトリアキソンの阻止円直径が≦39mmで、かつセフィキシムの阻止円直径が≦23mmかどうかのスクリーニングを、同検査センターで日常細菌検査の対象であった合計311株について実施した。その結果、陽性株は1つも検出されず、セフトリアキソンのMICが0.5μg/mLを示す株は、現在の日本で拡散したり散見される状況ではないことが明らかになった。
