| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We plan to present the results of the literature review at an academic conference. Due to the spread of COVID-19, we had to cancel our training in the United States, so we held a Zoom meeting to discuss, give advice, and exercise with cancer nurses, exercise trainers, and cancer nutritionists from SF Medical Center. An intervention program was created based on the trainer's suggestions and the nutritionist's suggestions.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
日本においては、働くがん患者の職場復帰に関する研究として、病院における離職予防プログラムの開発が行われ始めたばかりである。これは、医師を中心とした治療の調整と企業文化づくりと両面からのアプローチを主とし、地域カフェなどを通した語り合いの場の提供、研修会などが主である。治療と仕事が継続できる細胞再生を促進させ、治療や就業を中止する因子のサルコペニアの予防を図り、筋力の維持と栄養状態の維持を通してがん患者の力を引き出し、強化していき、これからの社会をがんとともに生き抜く力を促進させるために生活に着目したプログラム開発は重要である。
