Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究課題は、妊産婦と医療者の好循環をもたらす“女性を中心としたケア”の国際比較を行うことである。本研究課題の中心概念である“女性を中心としたケア”の提供に関連して、2023年度は日本国内において質問紙調査を行った。
首都圏の病院10か所に勤務する産後入院中の外国人褥婦への支援をしたことのある臨床経験年数3年以上の助産師を対象とした。調査を行うことで、助産師による外国人褥婦に対する育児支援の実態を把握し、より良い支援に向けた具体的方策の検討が可能となると考えた。151名に質問紙を配布し、135名より回収、有効回答数は128名であった。現在はデータの分析を行っている。

国内の助産師を対象とした質問紙調査を行うことができた。
しかし2023年度以前に実施した研究の論文公表にはまだいたっていない。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

質問紙調査によって得られたデータの分析を進める。
また、2023年度以前の研究論文の公表を共著者らとともに進めていく。
