Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Neural crest-derived cells (NCDCs) are expected to be a new cell source for regenerative medicine. They have a self-renewal capability and give rise to a multitude of cell lineages. In this study, we revealed that NCDCs could be proliferated and purified in vitro. Furthermore, NCDCs transplantation exerted bone regeneration ability for the repair of bone defect.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
