Outline of Annual Research Achievements

オーストリア、中国、ハンガリー、日本の心理職を対象とした質問紙調査のデータ収集を進めた。この調査では、心の健康を評価するために生きがい意識とバーアウトの二つの指標を採用している。調査で評価した生きがい意識は、本邦固有の概念ではあり、Hedonic well-beingとEudaimonic well-beingから構成され、国際的な共有性は高く、心身の健康の保持増進に重要な要因である。一方バーンアウトは、対人支援において予防が必要とされている。これらの指標に注目しデータを分析することにより、支援関係者がストレスにうまく対処し、心の健康を保持増進し、生きがいを促進する過程でたどる心の特徴（心理的資源）、心の健康を保持増進する生活習慣（生理的資源）や心理支援制度（社会的資源）について追究することができる。
またオーストリアに赴き、心電図および経験サンプリング法による研究を開始した。つまり質問紙調査による評価に加え、生理指標を用い複眼的な評価を行うことで、支援関係者の健康生成資源への、多面的かつ学際的アプローチを挑戦的な試みとして取り組んだ。
要心理支援者の家族の研究として、自閉症の子どもを持つ母親を対象とした日米比較研究を進めている。その結果、日本とアメリカとの間で母親が理想とする母親像や，理想とする自閉症児の母親像には相違がみられ，その理想像と現在の自分との差異がストレスにつながる点にも相違がみられた。この背景には、社会的資源の相異や母親に求められる社会的役割などを含む社会や文化の違いによる影響が考えられる。
また心の健康を保持増進する生理的資源へのアプローチのための取り組みも進行させており、マウスのストレス・うつ病モデルを用いた炎症性機序の解明やストレス・レジリエンスのバイオマーカー探索とともに、健常者・うつ病患者の血液・唾液検体を用いた臨床研究を進めた。

Reason

COVID-19の影響で国外で生理指標を収集する研究に遅延が生じていたが、移動の制限が緩和され、研究を開始することができた。しかしCOVID-19の影響は、依然、残っており、研究の開始に至るまでの手続きに時間を要した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

渡航費用の高騰などが、研究を進めるうえでの障害となっている。実行可能性を見据え、調査対象者を焦点化し研究を推進する。
また引き続きオンラインを活用し定期的な研修会や打ち合わせ会議の機会を持つようにする。
