Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2022年度の主な実績は、タイ調査の考察、オランダ調査の経過報告書作成、イギリス調査の打合せ、日本調査、およびこれら中間結果の発表であった。タイでは、協力者のマヒドン大学ティームが聞き取りを終了しデータを共有したことを受け、代表者青山と共同でデータセッションを行い、とくにネットワーク分析（ソシオグラム法）について議論した。オランダでは、協力者のアムステルダム自由大学ティームが聞き取り調査の経過について報告し、青山と共同で今後の聞き取りとまとめについて計画した。イギリスでは、協力者のケンブリッジ大学 Paolo Campana が22年度後期から23年度前期にかけて青山を招へいし、コロナ渦等で実施できなかったイギリス調査を改めて実施する準備を行った。
日本では、青山とRAが東京と神戸で性取引に携わる移民についてアウトリーチ活動を行い、聞き取りも目標20人の半数に行った。分担者の熊田も、関連資料を収集し文献調査を行ったうえで、東京と大阪において、セックスワーカー及び元セックスワーカーに対するインタビューと参与観察調査を行い、データを収集、分析した。分担者大野は、担当の在留資格にかかる言説分析を行った。分担者中村は、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻にも鑑み、昨今の人身売買の現状を概観し、問題の構造と対策について研究した。
上記の研究中間結果について、協力者が所属するパリ政治学院で、公開研究集会 Sex work and Migration: Research on Narratives and Networks を主催し、発表を行った。ここでは、別科研費の共催も得て、移住セックスワークについての映画上映会と制作者の講演を開き、交流の機会をもった。双方に、フランス、日本、メキシコ（Online）のセックスワーカー当事者団体にも参加してもらい、研究に対して当事者からのフィードバックを受けた。

Reason

コロナ渦で内外の出張が制限されたり、調査自体が制限されたことの遅れが取り戻せていない。また、コロナ後の変化についても調査を加えなければならず、このことも遅れの原因になっている。加えて、イギリスとフィリピンの調査は、分担者、協力者の病休、産休、育休などがあり、進めることができなかった。結果として、目標の聞き取り数に対して、オランダで半数、日本でも半数、イギリスとフィリピンでは全数が未達成となり、この後のナラティブおよびネットワーク（ソシオグラム）分析に進むことも課題として残されている。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

上記の遅れから、本研究は2023年度に繰り越して最終年度を迎える。今年度は、オランダ、日本、イギリス、フィリピンについての調査を完了させ、そのうえで昨年の中間結果発表とそれに対するフィードバックおよびデータセッションを踏まえて、全体の考察と報告に進む予定である。とくに遅れているイギリスとフィリピンについては、年度前半に現地協力者と交渉し具体的な調査予定を策定する。
