| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Based on the results of this collaborative research project carried out with five collaborators at the University of Oxford, I read some papers at conferences and published several articles. We also held two symposia inviting several external collaborators, and published a collection of essays in a series specialising Old English literature, Studies in Old English Literature, published by the Belgian publisher Brepols.

本研究はアングロ・サクソン時代における世界観について、かなり幅広い視野で考察したものであり、これはこの時代の文献研究全般に広く貢献する可能性が大いにあるものだと言える。その主だった成果は国際的な専門誌や上記の論文集として、入手が容易な形で世界の研究者に向けて発信されており、そういった意味でも当該分野の研究に寄与する可能性が大いにあるものだと言える。
