相互作用の拮抗がもたらす超伝導現象、輸送現象および不純物効果の理論研究

Research Abstract

鉄砒素系超伝導体における超伝導状態は、一般の異方的超伝導体と異なり、不純物や乱れに対してかなり強いことが実験で明らかにされた。この実験事実は、超伝導ギャップの符号変化が存在しないことを示唆し、RPA近似等が予言する符号反転s波状態(s±波状態)と一見矛盾する。そこで我々はs±波状態に対する不純物効果を明らかにする目的で、2バンドBCS模型を詳細に解析した。鉄砒素系のように各バンドの軌道成分が異なる時、バンド内不純物散乱ポテンシャルIとバンド間不純物散乱ポテンシャルI'は異なる(I'/I≠1)ことがわかる。我々の解析によると、I≫N(0)のユニタリー領域においては、I'/I=1という特殊な場合に限り顕著な対破壊効果が生じ、わずか1~2%の不純物によってTc(~50K)が消滅するが、一般には対破壊効果は非常に小さく、10%以上の不純物濃度でもTcが有限に残ることを明らかにした。その理由は、多重散乱をT行列で無限次まで足し上げる結果、I'/I≠1の場合にはバンド間散乱が繰り込まれて小さくなるためである。本研究により不純物効果の実験事実は、現実的5バンド模型に基づき理論的に予言されるs±波状態と矛盾しないことが明らかになった。
