| Research Abstract |
薄膜トーションバーにより、静電駆動型マイクロミラーの低電圧駆動を実現していたが、温度特性安定化と高速化が課題であった。これらに対し、以下の成果を得た。
(1)SiNに代わり、引張応力の大きい多結晶Siを得た。
(2)太鼓の革のような薄膜ミラーを作製し、平坦さと温度安定性を確認した。
(3)多結晶Siトーションバーを持つマイクロミラーが製作できた。
(4)低電圧駆動特性が温度に対し安定した。
(5)微弱な磁場を用いた無線駆動の展開を示した。
