Research Abstract

N-フタロイルアミノ酸を架橋配位子として組み込んだロジウム(II)カルボキシラート錯体およびその誘導体を用いた不斉触媒反応を検討し、以下の成果を得た。
(1) NsN=IPh(Ns=2-NO_2C_6H_4SO_2)をナイトレン前駆体、Rh_2(S-TFPTTL)_4を触媒に用いたシリルエノールエーテルの不斉アミノ化反応を鍵工程とする切迫早産治療薬(-)-リトドリンの触媒的不斉合成(不斉収率91%)を達成した。
(2) シクロヘキサノン由来のシリルエノールエーテルを基質とした場合、ナイトレンがアリル位C-H結合へ挿入するという前例のない反応が位置およびエナンチオ選択的に進行することが判明した(最高不斉収率72%)。また、本反応を機軸とするヒガンバナアルカロイド(-)-パンクラシンの形式不斉合成を達成した。
(3) Rh_2(S-TFPTTL)_4の四つの架橋配位子のうち一つのリガンドのフタルイミド基に末端スチリル基を持つリンカーを組み込んだ二核ロジウム錯体スチレンおよび架橋剤1, 6-ビス(4-ビニルベンジルオキシ)ヘキサンとの共重合反応により得られる固相担持型触媒をシリルエノールエーテルの不斉アミノ化反応に適用したところ、不斉収率を損なうことなく20回の再利用が可能であることが分かった。
