Research Abstract

本研究では1)N-アリリデンアミンの合成と二重求核付加反応、2)α-イミノエステルの極性転換を活用するタンデム付加反応、さらに、3)イミニウム塩形成を経る付加反応の開発を行った。
すなわち1) α, β-不飽和イミンの中でもアクロレイン由来のN-アリリデンアミンは反応性が高く単離・精製が難しかった。今回N-アリリデンアミンの窒素原子上の置換基をトリチル基あるいはジフェニルエチル基にすることにより、これらのイミンを単離精製することができ、様々なケテンシリルアセタールとトリメチルシリルシアニドが位置選択的に二重求核付加することを見出した。
2) α-イミノエステルに対して有機アルミニウム試薬を作用させることによりN-アルキル化が進行し、中間体であるアルミニウムエノラートを酸化した後、連続的に求核剤を作用させN-アルキル化-C-アリル化反応が良好な収率で進行することを既に明らかにし、報告している。本研究ではα-イミノエステルの極性転換反応によるN-アルキル化の後に系内で生成するアルミニウムエノラートが分子内の求電子性基を求核攻撃することにより分子内環化反応が進行し一挙にインドリン誘導体を合成することができた。
3) 簡便なアルコキシイミニウム塩の生成法としてエノラート誘導体の酸化反応を検討し、アミノケテンシリルアセタールの酸化にはBPOとともにDDQが優れていることがわかった。系内でイミニウム塩を調製し、求核剤としてシリルエノールエーテル、またはケテンシリルアセタールを作用させたところジアステレオ選択的に反応が進行し、対応する生成物が得られた。さらにケイ素上の置換基を検討したところ嵩高いTIPS基に変えることでsyn優先的に得られる事がわかった。
