我々は抗体修飾した原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)を用いて細胞操作技術の開発を行っている。本特定領域公募研究ではAFM 探針を用いて細胞表面のタンパク質を力学的に検出し、細胞の分化状態を評価する方法を開発した。
