Research Abstract

パイロシーケンシングによる細胞内mRNA 絶対定量を可能にするためのプライマー配列(パイロプライマー)を開発するため、(1)「遺伝子」発現定量のための低冗長性を許したpolyA 近郊パイロプライマー、および(2)「スプライシングバリアント」を完全定量するエクソン境界近傍パイロプライマーを現実時間内で設計することを目的としそのための方法論とシステムを開発した。
