Research Abstract

テルライト光ファイバは石英ファイバの42倍もの利得係数を実現でき、また石英ファイバの2倍以上の帯域が実現できる。テルライト光ファイバが誘導ラマン散乱および誘導ブリルアン散乱による高効率な遅延特性を有することを示し、光バッファ・光メモリや高効率可変遅延線の実現に有望であることを明らかにした。また、中赤外域のスーパーコンティニューム光発生に有効であることを明らかにした。
