Research Abstract

本研究を実施する上で、(1)粒径1μmの中空コバルト粒子の調製法および金被覆法の確立、(2)数百nmのFe_3O_4粒子の調整法およびマイクロサイズへのシリカ被覆法の確立、(3)分子触媒の選定およびその担持法の確立、(4)(1),(2),(3)における粒子形状の評価、(5)リンカー/触媒担持リンカー比(間引き度)、リンカー長/触媒担持リンカー長比(m/n比)と反応性・選択性との相関調査、が必要となる。本年度は特に(1)、(3)、(4)に照準を合わせて研究を推進した。(1)、(4)に関しては、当研究科の阿波賀教授の協力を得、サブマイクロサイズの中空コバルト粒子を合成するための装置を制作し、再現性よく粒子調製する道を拓いた。SEM測定によってその粒子の形状が直径1μm程度の球形であることを確認することができた。さらに、予備的ではあるが塩化金酸を還元条件下でコバルト粒子に被覆することができた。(3)に関しては、当研究室で開発したCpRu(IV)(η3-C_3H_5)(2-キノリンカルボキシラト)錯体触媒を用いる脱アリルオキシカルボニル化反応を取り上げることとした。本触媒反応は、従来法と異なり、アミン、エノラート、金属ヒドリドのような求核剤を加えなくてもよい。メタノールを溶媒に用いれば共生成物は低沸点のアリルメチルエーテルとなるので、濃縮プロセスのみで生成物を単離することができる。脱保護反応として注目される本錯体触媒を金メッキ球形コバルト粒子に担持することにより、(5)への展開をはかることとした。均一系触媒の2-キノリンカルボン酸部を2,4-ピリジンジカルボン酸とし、4位カルボキシ基にωアミノチオールおよびωアミノジスルフィドをアミド結合した配位子を合成し、金被覆コバルト粒子に担持することができた。
