| Research Abstract |
本研究から、植物におけるNudix hydrolase(AtNUDX)は多様な生理的役割を果たしていることが明らかになった.すなわち、シロイヌナズナ細胞質局在型のAtNUDX1は酸化ヌクレオチド浄化、AtNUDX2はADP-リボースのリサイクル、AtNUDX7はNADH代謝を介したPAR反応制御により酸化ストレス防御に機能していることを明らかにした.また、推定オルガネラ局在型のAtNUDX15、14、19、および23の細胞内局在性および特異的基質も明らかにした.
