Research Abstract

様々な生体反応において重要な役割を担うユビキチン・プロテアソーム系において最も重要な分子ユビキチンリガーゼ。その中で最も良く研究されているSCF型ユビキチンリガーゼの基質認識ユニットのF-boxタンパク質の標的分子探索を行う系を確立した。この系を用いて糖鎖を認識するF-boxタンパク質Fbsファミリーに属するFbxo44の基質を同定し、その機能を明らかとした。
