| Research Abstract |
本研究は、組織や地域の発展や成長を支えるイノベーションのメカニズムを解明するために、企業などの組織内関係や、産学官などの組織間関係に焦点を当て、人や組織を取り巻くネットワークの関係構造や機能について、定量的および定性的な実証分析を実施した。バイオ産業から、プロ野球団、音楽家まで実にさまざま対象を分析し、イノベーションに必要な知識と、イノベーションを効率的に進めていくための組織や連携のあり方との関係性の把握に努めるとともに、組織や個人が主体的に関係性をマネジメントする重要性を説いた
