| Research Abstract |
This research project has established keystones of developmental research centers for renovating school reform in such East Asian countries as North Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. The centers establish a powerful research network for innovating schools based on a vision and philosophy of school as learning community. As a result, this project has been reflected on school policies and its practice of the above nations and their schools.
