| Research Abstract |
金属原子と窒素原子が蜂の巣状に並び、さらにそれが層状に積み重なった構造を有する超伝導体において、電気伝導を担うキャリアの数や、蜂の巣格子面の面間隔を系統的に制御した一連の試料を作製し、超伝導転移温度やその他の物理的特性の、キャリア数に対する振る舞いを明らかにした。その結果、超伝導になるよりも高温では通常の金属とよく似た振る舞いを見せるが、その超伝導特性のうちのいくつかは、通常の超伝導体とは違った振る舞いを示すことがわかった。
