Research Abstract |
There is a growing interest in organic electronics. In the present project, we have elucidated the thin film fabrication techniques on various electrode materials for the heterocyclic thiazyl radicals and related materials, aiming at their applications in organic devices. We discovered various new phenomena such as electrochemical doing for organic robust thin films, non-linear transport due to partial melting of charge ordered states and EPR signal oscillation, organic photoconductivity based on the interactive radical dimer model, etc.
