Research Abstract |
1.胚の前後を決定するDVE/AVEと呼ばれる細胞の形成・移動は、NodalシグナルとBMPシグナルの拮抗作用によって制御される。 2.発生の極早い時期においては、母体に由来するRAは胚のCyp26によって活性化される。 3.Nodalシグナルを伝える転写因子FoxH1によって制御される遺伝子群を同定した。
