Research Abstract

MSM及びJF1は、日本固有のモロシヌス亜種から樹立されたマウス系統で、西ヨーロッパ産のマウスから派生した実験用マウスの系統とは、遺伝的にも表現型的にも大きく異なる。我々は、これらの系統で遺伝子導入や遺伝子破壊を可能にするためES細胞を樹立、それらのES細胞からは、生殖系列キメラを作製することができた。さらに、実際に遺伝子トラップによる変異マウス作製およびがん遺伝子のトランスジェニックマウス作製を行った。
