Research Abstract

本研究は、ティッシュエンジニアリング(組織工学)において重要となる任意配置・形状の細胞アセンブリングやその修復(追加・除去)を可能とする技術の確立を目的とした。この目的のために、感温性ゲルを用いたラピッドプロトタイピング(RP)の押し出し法による細胞アセンブリを行う「マイクロピペット細胞アセンブリ法」を提案するとともに、昆虫細胞を利用して、培養実験を試みた。さらに、ゲル温度の低下によってゲル状態からゾル状態に可逆的に変化させて流動性を与え、培養細胞を回収できることを実験的に明らかにした。
