Research Abstract

生体へのダメージが少なく、散乱が弱いために生体深部へ到達可能な近赤外光を励起光とした蛍光イムノアッセイ(LIA)とフォトダイナミックセラピー(PDT)のための材料開発を目指し、LIAのためのUC発光粒子の合成と表面修飾による粒子の分散安定性の付与、PEG-b-PAAcとストレプトアビジンの共固定による特異的吸着性の付与、PDTのためのUC発光粒子表面のシランカップリング剤による修飾とポルフィリン色素の導入およびチタン含有相の形成に成功した
