Research Abstract |
肝細胞特異認識タンパク質preS1/S2固定化TiO_2ナノ粒子を用いて、培養がん細胞に対する細胞損傷効果および担がんマウスに対する抗腫瘍効果を解析した。その結果がん細胞がOHラジカルなどの化学種の酸化作用により損傷を受け、アポトーシスを誘導し細胞死に至ること、周波数1MHz,照射強度1W/cm^2,照射時間1minという条件で週3回担がんマウスに超音波照射を行い、有意な腫瘍の成長抑制を確認した。
