Research Abstract

中高齢者の変形性膝関節症(膝OA)に対して、疼痛および運動機能低下を予防するための介入として実施する運動プログラムを検討してきた。本研究では、その運動プログラムを改変しながらヘルスケアサービスとして実施し、効果が得られる対象の範囲(運動介入の適用)や、運動介入の実施によって疼痛緩和が生じる機序を明らかにした。
