Research Abstract

笑いやすい体質作りのためのトレーニング法を開発し、その効果を分子生物学的に検証した。トレーニング後のコミックビデオ鑑賞で脳波・α2帯域成分(生命維持中枢部の活性を反映)が増加する被験者の笑い体験後で発現が変化している遺伝子を抽出しオントロジー解析した結果、発現増加している遺伝子は免疫系に関連し、発現減少している遺伝子は癌に関連する遺伝子であった。また、これらの被験者では、α2帯域成分の増加を認めない被験者と比較して、平常時の同一カテゴリーに属する遺伝子の発現にも差を認めた。
